I think its because of the Disastrous nature of a Plane crash that that many People ...(i for one) can recall many Plane accidents.Manchester,Rome ,Amsterdam,japan...many more.

But yes,im far happier travelling on a Plane than say GWR .

...my gran, who has been a jw since the 1950's will be reproved publicly for speaking to her grand-daughter who is disfellowshipped.

she is 77 years old and i am worried that it will be the death of her.

the"truth" has been her life for nearly fifty years and she is still a regular publisher.. if she continues to commit this gross sin she will be disfellowshipped.. her daughter and son in law are to be disfellowshipped for the terrible sin of allowing their daughter to live under their roof since she left her husband.

Al relating to An offence orf taking in Ones Daughter who left her Husband?.In a neighboring Cong to mine ,the P.O,s daughter has moved back in with her Parents after divorcing her unfaithful Husband (bit differant i know).

the latest episode of dr who really made me laugh - the bbc script writers made some quite subtle but pointed digs at the government wo had previously 'won' (unfairly) after appointing their own judge as to whether the bbc or the government lied about iraq.. the pm got killed.. downing street got destroyed because of aliens with .... weapons of mass destruction that could be launched in 45 minutes seconds (which in the end turned out not to exist).

The new assistant has three modes: Running around with an idiotic , I've just made luv, smile on her face , puzzled farawy, navel gaze as her single brain cell vainly tries to comprehend her mobile phone, puppy dog gazing at the Doctor who is clearly an ugly wierdo alien - however since her last marriage I can't blame her on that.

Lol.In the first episode it was explained that the Earth revolved around the Doctor and his choices.

i wasnt the most academic of children although i had some capability but i could read quite well by the time i was 4 years old at least for my age; i have always read as a child and still read now as an adult both professionally (research) and for pleasure.

i have always been able to write too...and pretty much advanced as well as my peers did in school...perhaps i am lucky, i certainly feel like i am when illiteracy amongst adults and children is rife at present...however.. i remember when i was 16 the wts in the uk were pushing through a scheme teaching those who were not as able to read and write...and an elder in the hall made a point of coming to me and suggesting that i should actually attend the training!!

!....i explained that i could read and write well enough and didnt need to be taught basic literacy... he said that i might learn something new and should respect jehovahs order of things and show appreciation...i did decline his kind offer rather abruptly....but wtf??

I never took my scripts to his store, but being part of a national chain, he must have felt that his shepherding included med checks and second guessing of physicians.

I would've had this asshole's job for trying that with me. whatever happened to the expectation of privacy? Totally agree.What right has he to do that.In the Uk the Door wouldnt have enough time to hit his Ass on the way out!
